Grant is damaged, selfish, and undeserving of love…or so he thinks.
Jessa is happy, in love, and has overcome her past…or so she thinks.
Grant and Jessa can’t stop thinking about one another since being introduced at a party a month ago. And despite their differences, they can’t seem to stay away from each other either. However, both are hiding secrets of less-than-perfect pasts, fearing what will happen when those mistakes come to light. As they grow closer, they each battle their own insecurities, and neither believes that they are worthy of the kind of love that they both still want. So if it’s true that opposites attract, what happens when the similarities begin to surface?

4.5 Star Review by Annie
Let Me In is a story about two people struggling with their past and all the secrets they are hiding in them. Learning to find a way to move on and letting love in all at the same time!
Transferring her senior year of college was not an easy decision for Jessa. She would have to leave her family behind, but it also meant she could start new. Escaping the past, and the people who were in it. Reinventing herself. Finding a supportive group of friends and a new boyfriend, Rob, was just what the doctor ordered. Rob and Jessa workgood together, but for some reason lately their relationship was not working out and they were drifting apart. The reason for this had a name, and it was Grant! The only problem is he is a frat boy and she is a rocker chick, could he look past the different social circles? Will Jessa’s secret follow her to college and make her build up new walls? Or will she finally overcome it and let people in?
On the outside Grant looked like your typical pretty frat boy, but on the inside he was all but typical. He had a past to him, and it was not pretty. His past has made him fearful of relationships. That is until he was introduced to Jessa. She was feisty, sexy and knew how to get his attention, but she had a boyfriend and Grant will never steal another man’s girl. Does Grant let his fear of commitment stand in his way? Or does he finally accept love and let the girl in?
Why should you read this book? One word: GRANT! That is right ladies, Grant is a panty dropper. Holy Hotness! I swear I am in love, lust and everything in between.
This book flowed well, had amazing characters with even more amazing drama, a lot of sexy time and a good mixture of comedy. I think you need to definitely read Don’t Let Go first to get a little bit more backstory. I would give this book a 4.5 Star. I can't wait for the next book! I am literally counting down the days.
Michelle moved around the Midwest most of her life, transferring from school to school before settling down in the outskirts of Chicago ten years ago, where she now resides with her husband and two kids. She developed a love of reading at a young age, which helped lay the foundation for her passion to write. With the encouragement of her family, she finally sat down and wrote one of the many stories that have been floating around in her head. When she isn’t reading or writing, she can be found playing with her kids, talking to her mom on the phone, or hanging out with her family and friends. But after chasing around twin preschoolers all day, she always cherishes her relaxation time after putting the kids to bed.
