~ Our Review ~
3 Star Review by Heather
I was really looking forward to this book, but was sadly disappointed. I was thinking it was going to be a continuation of Will and Sarah's story. It was, but not till around 3/4 quarters of the way through the book. I am not a fan of reading the same book just in a different POV. I feel if you are going to do that you should just write book one in alternating POV's.
Sarah is making a life for herself even though she avoids everyone. She is dreading going home for he brothers wedding because she doesn't want to run into Will, the guy who broke her heart. She isn't expecting that Will was still hanging around her family even though she wasn't there anymore. She doesn't want to talk with him, but he isn't going to give her the chance to run away again. Can they work through their communication issues? Will they finally get their HEA?
Will has no idea why Sarah up and left him seven years ago. He tried to move on from her, but no girl could come close to filling the gap in his heart. They could only give him temporary relief and that wasn't what he needed. He became a teacher like he planned. He became good friends with Sarah's brother Brian, when she left. He knew he would get to see Sarah at the wedding and planned to get her to talk with him. He was determined to not let her run from him again. Can he get her to open up to him?
This book had potential to be an amazing book. I think it would have been better if it went past to present like Him. Then it wouldn't have felt like I was reading the same book over again. I really had a hard time wanting to read this book. I was happy with the ending so I gave it a 3 star.
