She didn’t push me away or tell me no as I kissed her again with more urgency this time. She turned, and I kissed her cheek.

This book is really good and has a lot of Hot, Sexy scenes!!

Melissa is trying to figure out how to get out of the life she has made for herself.  She knows she can't stay where she is, but she needs to figure out how to leave.  Her best friend Elaine, decided to make her go on a week long spa retreat in the desert of Arizona.  Here she meets a hot, sexy guy named, Derek.  She knows she isn't available for anything, but she wants him.  Can she risk having him for a night or even a week? Will she leave with her heart?

Derek is a hot, sexy ex-marine, ex-cop and does some personal surrvalliance, mostly online fraud.  He is in Arizona for a banker convention. He knows the minute he sets his eyes on Melissa that she is sad and he wants to make her happy.  This is a foreign feeling to him.  He hasn't had these feelings in years and was afraid he never would again.  Though with his little secret will he lose Melissa?  Can he make Melissa see him as a man and not just a fling?

This is a great journey.  It is a fast, easy read.  I really enjoyed watching Melissa grow through this book. She actually stood up for herself and fought to have the life she wanted!  Love when the female MC has a backbone!!

“Ally baby please. I fucked up but please, I can do better. Please forgive me.” He begged

“Marco, there is nothing between us anymore. I’m done. We are done. Shouldn’t you be off with Trish somewhere?” Her name was like bile in my mouth.

“Ally it’s not like that with her, I was just scared.” I raised my hand to stop him; I didn’t want to go through this with him all over again.

“Stop. Just Stop. There is nothing between us anymore Marco, please just leave.” I swallowed back any tears that were threating to show. Stepping back I closed the door and leaned my back on it, slowly sliding down to the ground. Inhaling deep I tried to calm my nerves and heard the flower arrangement being placed on the ground as Marco spoke.

“I know you can still hear me Ally, and I want you to know that I’ll never give up on us. Never! You hear me? I fucked up. I know I did but I love you.” As the tears dripped from my eyes I wiped them away as quickly as I could. I wasn’t crying because I was sad. I was just so tired of repeating the past five years in my head and seeing it end like this.

“Marco, please just leave me alone.” I shouted from behind the door

“I’ll always fight for you. I’ll find a way to make you mine again. Mark my words Alani, you will spend the rest of your life with me.”

Livia Jamerlan is a hopeless romantic she is always looking for her next love story to pop in her head. Though Livia kept a journal throughout her early life, she never thought about pursuing a career in writing, she always used it as form of therapy, pouring her heart out into words. It wasn’t until a story developed in her head that she decided that maybe she could write a book. At first it was just an escape from reality but now she use it as a power to put all her feelings, hopes, and fears on paper. Deciding it was time to tell her story she began to write, with each passing day the story grew, characters we formed, and what seemed like a hobby at first has now become a passion for Livia.

OMG this book was amazing!  I love the Wanted series and couldn't wait to read this book.

Whitley is try to take back control of her life.  She is done being told what to do, what to wear and who she can hang out with.  She just wants to live her life under her terms.  She up and leaves New York.  She swears off all men as they are all the same manipulative assholes.  She decides to go to a small Texas town she remembers her dad's friend talking about.  She never expected to fall for the first cowboy she sees.  She tries fighting her attraction to him, but it is hard when these feelings make her do and say stupid shit.  Can she open up and risk her heart being broken again? Or will she run from happiness?

Layton is a cowboy trying to get over the devastating loss of two people he loved more than anything.  He tries to keep busy with the ranch and hanging out with his friends.  He struggles with his feelings for Whitley a lot.  He wants to hate the city girl because she knows what buttons to push to piss him off.  Also, he doesn't expect her to be so country. Once they finally open up to each other will it be enough? Or will their pasts tear them apart?

Although I really loved this book and would love to give it 5 stars I can't.  It was just way to similar to the Wanted series.  I saw Ellie and Gunner in Whitley and Layton and Reed and Courtney reminded me A LOT of Ari and Jeff.  With that being said I still recommend reading this book.

Really I'm just a wife to a wonderful Texas cowboy who has a nack for making me laugh almost daily and supports my crazy ideas and dreams for some unknown reason...he claims it's because he loves me.....so I'll just go with that one!

I'm also a mom to an amazing daughter who constantly is asking me to make her something to eat while she has her fingers moving like mad on her cell phone sending out what I'm sure is another very important text message!

Oh...and I like to sit down and write in my spare time!

I live in the Texas hill country and one of my favorite things to do is go for hikes around our property with my second favorite man, Gus....my chocolate lab and my sweet girl Rose, our golden retriever. When I'm not outside helping the hubby haul brush or move rocks or whatever fun chore he has in store for me that day, you will find me inside reading, writing or watching HGTV and soaking in a nice hot bubble bath.....yeah that last one I just made up but it sure does sound nice!!!

This book is a fast, easy read.

Jess is in her freshman year at UNLV.  She wants to let loose and lose the good girl image, but doesn't know how.  She tries to let loose the first night of break and that doesn't go so well.  So when big brother invites her for a month trip to Australia she jumps on it.  She never expected to fall in love.  She had an instant connection to Jack and didn't understand her feelings. She had never felt these things with anyone else.  Can she get Jack to open up to her?

Jack is done with his manwhore ways.  He is tired of the way he feels after his trysts.  He just wants a normal life.  He loves his job cooking and doesn't know how he can just stay where he is much longer.  Them in walked Jess and her brother Reid.  Reid offers him help and Jack doesn't know how to accept. No one had ever done anything helpful for him before.  He wants Jess, but needs to control himself because he doesn't want to ruin their friendship. He also feels like he would betray Reid and he can't do that.  Will he open up to Jess? Or will he let her walk away for good?

This book is actually the prequel to Brash.  I have Brash on my kindle and didn't even remember buying it. I am so happy because I am going to jump right in and read it now.  This is definitely a must read book.
